We are phenomenal women, that’s us.

Elaine’s House is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on providing young ladies, ages 8 to 18, with the necessary skills and personal strength to develop a life of character, integrity, inner beauty, and purpose.

What We Do

We empower girls to be their full potential. By providing culturally and gender-responsive educational programming, support initiatives, and resource connections, we guide our young girls along thriving pathways that help them understand their worth and develop the courage and confidence that comes with that knowledge.

Our Story

Using her love for the arts, philanthropy, and community leadership, our Founder / Executive Director, Katara Phelps, created Elaine’s House: a place where girls are empowered to be their full potential and serve as change agents in their community.
